Tidak perlu, anda perlu turn on GPS sahaja.

FYI... if I turn on Waze and let AES detector run in the background, it only work for couple minutes and then appear to be not responding anymore. I have to repeatly open the AES detector again in order to get it work.
Can't you make it always online like Waze and keep it running at the background?
Also, please make it auto detect at least 1KM away from the AES camera... Thanks :)

Any new AES installation. AES detector will automatically update? Or we have to update via Play Store?

Elvin,
The apps is capable to work in background. Due to android memory usage control, it will kill the back end process to free up the memory (correct me if i am wrong). Anyway i will try test out again , so you can use it without any issue. Again, thanks for your support.

Ezwan,
Version 1.0.4 will be released soon. Android play store should automatically inform you in your phone once there is a update on this apps. Thanks for your support.

how about including a map and marking all the AES locations, that would be very helpful as well

21 October 2012 at 15:27

Hi Malid, this is a great suggestion to put on a map showing the location point. I will put note on your suggestions.

Just to share some my opinion, if possible, we will suggest user to focus on driving without touching or looking at your phone. Let the system alert you ? what you think ?

Anyway, really appreciate your idea on it. Your support is my motivation to move on. Cheers.

Kevin, I already try the AES Detector. It's good and working fine. But can u increase distance detector from 500meter up to 1KM or 1.5KM.

22 October 2012 at 01:06

@Kevin: Just as I suspected, by design Android will auto kill the program in order to free some memory. After upgrade to newer version, it work perfectly in background with Waze running on top of it.
I shall use the AES detector in tomorrow while going to work. Great job! :)
